Every Teardrop Is a Waterfall cover artHow we have missed Coldplay but thankfully they are back with their soon to be released fifth studio album entitled ‘Mylo Xytolo’. Since their highly successful previous album, ‘Viva La Vida’, Coldplay released a one-off Christmas song called ‘Christmas Lights’ which peaked at no. 25 on the Billboard charts. Now they are back with the lead single from their new album called ‘Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall’. Musically, there is a clear change in direction, Chris Martin describes the inspiration for the new album as “old school, New York graffiti.” and we can see where he is coming from.
